The Hidden Impairment National Group (HING) is looking for representatives from disability organisations, disabled people and parents/ carers of individuals with Hidden Impairments to join the newly restructured group.
HING was formed in 2010 initially to work alongside DWP to improve services for individuals with hidden impairments, since then the group has been asked to be involved in several projects including the review of the National Adults Autism Strategy. We are now inviting new members to join us to help shape our work in the future.
We work in partnership to raise awareness of Hidden impairments, including; Autism, Asperger Syndrome, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Speech & Language difficulties and associated mental health conditions.

If you are a person with a hidden impairment (as defined on our ‘About Us‘ page) or a parent/carer of a person with a Hidden Impairment then we would be keen to hear from you.
HING is seeking a range of disability organisations to join in with the work of the group. If you are a disability organisation with a regional or national reach and directly support individuals with Hidden Impairments (as defined by our website) then we would like to hear from you.
